In the latest video from Frightened Rabbit, the Scottish rockers head back to school as the house band for a very surreal prom.

The video for “Backyard Skulls,” the latest off their major label debut Pedestrian Verse, begins in the the messy aftermath of a high school dance complete with mascara streaked and drunken teens surrounded by wilting balloons and streamers.

What sets this dance apart is the emergence of the break dancing elderly janitor, adding just another level of oddity to the video.

Frightened Rabbit’s latest album Pedestrian Verse is available now from Warner Bros. Records and you can catch the band on the road in North America through mid-April.
