DUDES release a new EP that will easily sneak it’s way in to this summer’s memory banks.

Watch it, bro! There’s a new kid on the block that’s sure to gain the attention of all your neighboring lady friends at a moment’s notice. The new EP from DUDES, entitled Summer Vacation, has listeners turning their Cali Swag on, and begging you to consider changing your musical preferences from Rap or Rock or whatever oddly-named version of Techno you consider “cool” to “all of the above.” With a sonically pleasing, stylistic blend of electronic, rock, and hip-hop influences dubbed “swag-rock,” Ryan Solomon of DUDES just might be on to something.

DUDES is based in San Diego, but has a vibe that sounds more like it originated in a galaxy far, far away. They have synthesizers and guitars and speak english in said galaxy, of course, but you get our drift. It just ain’t your typical groove, which is why you should consider adding tracks like “Teenage Rebels” and “Somewhere Close 2 U” from Summer Vacation to your next playlist.
