I’d never thought I would include the words “Mumps,” “etc.” and “WHY?” in one complete, cohesive sentence, but here I am, announcing to you the upcoming release from Californians WHY?, along with artwork just as eclectic as the title.

Check out this artwork, featuring a very lifelike Pinocchio falling straight into the mouth of Monstro the whale, looking pretty terrified as I’m sure one would be when about to be eaten by a whale (thinking “WHY?” on the way down, giggle giggle). Actually, it may please you to know that cover was made with a real life model hanging from a harness. Fun times.

Mumps, etc. comes our way on October 9, featuring 13 brand new tracks, as well as the most recent single “Sod in the Seed.”
