Beginning in December, Coachella has announced a cruise ship edition of the festival, called S.S. Coachella. Two Caribbean cruises will take drunken hostages er uh adventurous fans from Florida to the Caribbean. The announcement was made as a result of skirting an eager beaver city councilman in Indio, CA who hoped to capitalize on the festival’s multi-million dollar revenue.

The current lineup includes: Pulp, Hot Chip, Girl Talk, Yeasayer, Sleigh Bells, James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem, Grimes, Cloud Nothings, El-P, Killer Mike, the Rapture, Simian Mobile Disco, !!!, Warpaint, & more.
